She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fisk University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Implementation from Argosy University.

Over the course of her career, Kimberland has impacted thousands through instruction, mentoring and training. Her educational expertise is in the areas of School Transformation, Establishing Culturally Competent Schools and Implementation of Social Emotional and Restorative Practices. She regularly facilitates professional development experiences for educators to expose and confront implicit bias, disrupt systemic racism and expose inequitable practices.

As a Success & Purpose Coach, Kimberland specializes in working with those who are looking to fulfill their full and complete purpose on this earth. She brings a transparency and vulnerability that is rare in this day in age. In each aspect of her work, her main goal is to empower our community to break generational cycles of trauma. Through her work, she is able to destigmatize conversations around mental health while encouraging others to use their voices boldy, speaking truth to power. Kimberland’s focus is on allowing God’s light to shine through her while leaving each person she encounters better than she found them.
